Chef Jackie's passion for Caribbean Fusion cuisine is your gain
Chef Jackie, a trained chef, is the co-owner/manager of The Lindengrove Corporation (DBA The Villas At Sunset Lane). In 2022, Chef Jackie launched VSL Collection with the aid of grant funding from Caribbean Export. VSL Collection is a brainchild of her hospitality experience and love for Caribbean cuisine. Her mission is to provide high-quality, authentic Caribbean-inspired products and services to transport customers to their destination through taste, fragrance, and gifts.

Drawing on my training and years of experience in the finance and hospitality industry, I work with local Regional Agro-processors to develop high-quality condiments made from fresh, natural ingredients. Also, I oversee the manufacturing of VSL Collection’s luxury private-label fragrance candles, VSL-branded kitchen merchandise and gift sets, and my passion project, my Caribbean-Fusion Style E-Recipe Book.
